Welcome to Sound Shed Systems LLC. By using our website, contracting for an event or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.
1. Product Accuracy
We strive to display our services and products as accurately as possible.
2. Payments & Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. An order or contract is not considered "confirmed" until a deposit or full payment has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or contract.
3. Site Preparation (Crucial)
The client is solely responsible for the following:
Permits: Obtaining all necessary local permits and following local regulations.
Site Being level: Ensuring the ground is level within before the crew arrives with equipment.
Access: Providing a clear, unobstructed path for a truck and trailer. This includes clearing branches, fences, and ensuring the ground is firm enough for equipment. Ground cannot be wet for system deployment.
Access: If a system set-up cannot be completed due to an unprepared site or lack of access, Sound Shed Systems cannot be held liable.
Electrical Service: Sound Shed Systems LLC will need proper power as discussed and as per the contract for any venue.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sound Shed Systems LLC is not responsible for damage to yards, driveways, or underground utilities (sprinklers, septic lines, etc.) during the event production. It is the client's responsibility to clearly mark these areas.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monroe County.
